Washington, D.C.
Owner: General Services Administration
Architect: Ellerbe Becket
Engineer: Ellerbe Becket
Contract Value: $2.8 Million

This project was a full tenant buildout for HVAC piping/plumbing/ductwork/insulation and controls spread over fourteen partial floors.  The duct system included supply and return duct to one new AHU, 12 fans, 190 VAV boxes, 12 reheat coils, and 3 modular cooling units.  The plumbing piping system included the addition of 84 plumbing fixtures to those already installed as base contract work, the installation of 64 insta-hot water fixtures, and 2 hot water heaters.  Each floor and certain mechanical systems had mandated finish dates to allow for sequenced owner occupancy.  All of these dates were met as scheduled.
